All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, fit, or any other reason unrelated to an error on our part.

Incorrect or Incorrectly Supplied Items

A refund may be considered if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered. This includes:

• The wrong length
• The wrong texture
• The wrong colour
• An entirely different item from your confirmed order

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.

The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in its original condition.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and/or videos of the fault.

Any claim made after the 24-hour period may not be accepted.

Customised & Specially Made Wigs

Customised, coloured, layered or specially made wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes wigs that have been altered or created specifically according to a customer's requested specifications.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once payment has been made and your order has entered processing, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the delivery error is directly caused by KIKS Beauty Place.
